Introduction to Reiki

In this class we start with learning what energy is and how energy works.
You need to understand what you are going to be working with if you get into the field of energy work. Then we will discuss the history of Reiki and Dr. Usui and the reason why Reiki works.
We will look at Reiki as a lifestyle and how it can have an impact on your everyday life.
We will then look at what a Reiki session is and how to search out a good practitioner.

This course will also cover some insights into what may happen in your life when you take the Reiki levels.

Reiki Classes

We at Casaroma teach the Reiki classes first as a lifestyle and then we look at becoming a practitioner and having a practice.
Reiki classes are usually taught in 3 basic levels.

The Reiki 1 and Reiki 2 levels are both taught in 2 classes.

We open with a class of teaching and attunements, then we have a 35 day energetic cleanse. This helps us to understand what has happened in the class and get used to the feeling of living at a higher frequency. Then we join again at the end of the cleanse for some hands on practice and closure to the Reiki class.

Reiki 3 is taught with 3 classes and again a 35 day cleanse in between these classes.It is an opportunity to be consciously aware of your surroundings in your everyday life and how energy really affects you.

We do teach the teacher module separately from the level 3 master class as we feel there is enough information in the level 3 to learn in one time frame.
We meet for the opening class then we do a 35 day cleanse. You do this cleanse in your every day life. You do not have to come to class everyday between the opening and closing class. This cleanse has been designed by Casaroma to help you achieve the vibrational rising of each level of Reiki. Then we meet again for the closing class.
