Our Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. During seasonal times like Christmas, order processing can take up to 2-3 business days depending upon the business hours of operation. Our holiday hours are regularly updated on Google as well as on our website’s main page.

SHIPPING METHODS AND TIMES

We ship from Hantsport, Nova Scotia, Canada daily (Monday-Friday) via Canada Post to locations all over Canada. Depending upon where you are located, shipping typically takes 2-8 business days. Canada Post shipping rates are applied based on destination and weight – and we select standard shipping for all our orders unless specifically requested by a customer. Our flat shipping rate of $15.00 is applicable for all orders (under $100.00) that are requested to be delivered.

We offer Free Shipping for ALL* orders over $100.00

*For Orders that are heavy, over-dimensional or moving to remote locations, our Free Shipping Policy or the standard shipping rates may not apply. In these circumstances, we do our best to procure the most economical rates from reliable carriers.

LOCAL PICK UP

We offer free Pick Up from our physical store locations:

Dartmouth: Pick up from Casaroma Wellness, 2 Ochterloney Street, Alderney Landing, Dartmouth B2Y 4W1

Or,

Hantsport: Pick up from Casaroma Stress Reduction Centre, 49 Main Street, Hantsport B0P 1P0

At Checkout, select the “Store Pick-Up” option. After you receive your Order Confirmation, you’ll receive a second email advising that the Order is ready and we require that you let us know when you’ll be by to pick it up. Pick Up Orders are generally processed within 4-6 business hours. If you have placed your order after 2 pm on a working day, it may be prepared the following day. It is recommended that you call your preferred store to confirm when your order is ready, in case you haven’t heard from us already.
