While our hearts govern our emotions (or so we like to think), they do so much more – indeed, the very life-blood of our beings are controlled here! The Cardiovascular System consists of the heart and the blood vessels, also known as arteries and veins.
In this class, we will discuss the anatomy of this very special system at length; and then view it in the light of our Nutrition, how Aromatherapy can help it and also what Lifestyle choices affect it.
